Personal Financial Planning: A Practical Approach and Effective Presentation Skills. That is how what is now Mares Nichols CPE, Inc began. The years have brought many changes. The past two years, in particular, have been years of change and growth. First, Pam Bartoshek joined us as administrator. Her experience and skill handling both routine and unusual situations has been a valuable asset. Barbara Nichols pitched in to assure manual quality, help us enter the electronic publishing age, and keep the books in balance.
